Mette Rønning Steffensen, Founder and Director

A graduate of the Copenhagen Business School, Mette holds an Msc in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, and a Bsc in Business, Language and Culture. She is also a corporate & life coach and Global Mobility Specialist. Mette has worked for both public and private companies in many different industries and understands the diversity of challenges and opportunities that the Danish labour market presents. Throughout her career, Mette has focused on helping newcomers feel at home in Denmark and has specialised in the areas of HR and cultural awareness. Mette has lived in Norway, France and India.

Nivedita Ramulu Eskesen, Senior Consultant. Portrait

Nivedita is a graduate from Aalborg University and holds an MA in Culture, Communication and Globalization; her thesis centered on the barriers to retaining foreign talent in Denmark. She is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner in project management. Prior to her Masters, Nivedita has 10 years of experience from the health care sector including international teaching experience. Nivedita comes originally from Bangalore (India), is a British citizen, and has been living in Denmark since 2001.She is married to a Dane and has also been living in the USA and Italy within the last few years.

Hongfei Zhao, Freelance ConsultantHongfei_Portrait

Hongfei is a graduate from the University of New Mexico, USA and holds an MA in Language, Literacy &Sociocultural Studies. Her work experience spans a variety of industries, as well as a broad spectrum of multicultural settings which has resulted in her expertise in cross-cultural communication. The China-USA-Denmark professional, academic and personal experience provides her a unique insight into habits, customs and practices cross nations and continents. She believes that learning from stories is the nature of human beings and also an effective way of collecting "how-to's" about the unfamiliar world. Hongfei is Chinese and has lived in Denmark since 2008.
