Global Workforce Summit, Amsterdam

Supporting People participated in the annual Global Workforce Summit in Amsterdam organized by Worldwide ERC ®, on 23-24. June 2011. The focus this year was on trends in global mobility and talent management in Europe, Middle East and Africa and through a series of educational sessions, participants were updated on advancements in this area. Additionally, it was a good opportunity to make new business connections and personal references.
Totally Expat Show

Supporting People, recently attended an exhibition in London on global mobility, "The Totally Expat Show". Amongst the many interesting events was a debate on Relocation Technology vs. Interpersonal Relations. With the multitude of possibilities for online solutions arises the question of how much can be done via the Internet and how much of the relocation process still needs to be done face-to-face.
