Depending on the wishes of the individual, coaching can cover work-related issues, educational opportunities, leisure or sporting interests, or family life. Clarification can involve the use of an internationally recognized personality test.

Some people arrive in Denmark with a good idea of what they want to achieve during their stay but need assistance to get started. Our targeted networking can open doors and gain access to relevant employers or educational institutions. We also offer coaching for job interviews.

Awareness sessions ensure a smooth start for the new employee and make the team aware of and receptive to cultural similarities and differences. Our integration service can either be targeted at the individual responsible for the new expatriate colleague or the whole team.

Supporting People draws upon an extensive network of language trainers, integration consultants, relocation specialists, recruitment agencies and public sector employees when necessary.
